We create professional websites tailored to your business needs and goals.

All websites are optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Features may include contact forms, booking systems, chatbots, or other functionality agreed upon before work begins.

Project timelines are discussed in advance. Delays caused by missing client content or lack of communication may extend the delivery date.

Vertex Studio reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A 50% upfront deposit is required before any work begins.

The remaining 50% must be paid before the website goes online.

Monthly fees cover hosting, maintenance, and support where applicable.

If a monthly payment is not received within 24 hours of the due date, the website may be temporarily suspended until payment is made.

If the client becomes unresponsive for more than 3 days, the project may be paused. If there is no response for 10 days or more, the project may be cancelled without refund of the deposit.

Websites are hosted on third-party platforms. While we aim for 24/7 availability, we are not responsible for outages caused by the hosting provider.

If third-party hosting or domain providers increase their pricing, Vertex Studio reserves the right to adjust monthly fees accordingly.

Failure to maintain hosting payments may result in suspension of the website.

The website goes live after full payment of the agreed project fee.

If hosting and domain are managed by Vertex Studio, the website remains under our management and requires active hosting payments.

Clients may request a full ownership transfer after all outstanding balances are cleared. Upon transfer, Vertex Studio is no longer responsible for hosting, security, maintenance, or third-party services.

If Vertex Studio discontinues its services, clients will receive full access to their website files and domain.

Provide accurate business information, logos, images, and content in a timely manner.

Respond to communication in a timely manner to avoid project delays.

Requests involving illegal or unethical activity will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Monthly plans include 3 minor text edits, image replacements, and basic technical support per month.

Major revisions, redesigns, or additional features are billed separately and quoted before work begins.

Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.

If Vertex Studio fails to deliver the agreed website, a full refund will be issued.

Vertex Studio is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales, revenue, or profits resulting from website issues.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice.

If monthly fees are not maintained, hosting services may be suspended in accordance with Section 3.

This document represents the full agreement between Vertex Studio and the client for web design and development services.

Any modifications must be made in writing and agreed by both parties to be valid.
